I can't imagine a world without Jack. He was one of my favourite people in the whole wide world and I will miss him so much. Kevin also loved him and was deeply saddened by the news. I can't stop thinking about him and all the fun times we had together - he was always such a good sport, and was our biggest fan when we put on those plays together as kids. He was a very special person and we will miss him more than we could ever tell you.
I'm so very sorry that we can't be there with you at this time. If we were not so far from home, we would definitely be there to celebrate his wonderful life.
We are thinking of you every day and are so proud of you for being so strong. Please know that although we're not there, we're thinking of you constantly.
