Condolence: I would like to express my thoughts and prayers to the McGowan family on your recent loss. Bill was my supervisor for about 12 years at the Kingston MTO office. He was really a great person to work with and he has a really good sense of humor. I know that this will be a difficult time for you to get through this. He will be missed. May God Bless.
