Boddy, John Timothy (Tim Sr.) - Born March 17, 1951, After a lengthy illness at age 62, predeceased by his parents Grace Boddy-Black, Jack Boddy and sister Cheryl. Loving brother of Beverly Helps (Jim), Art (Mary). Loving father to John (Jenna), Tammy (Doug) and Tim Jr. Beloved grandfather to Sara, Brandon, Shawna, Shaly, Dylan, Brooke, Timmy, Kyle and Mark. Uncle to Colleen, Kelly, Shaun, Katie, Toni, Ted, Jason and Josh. Cherished great grandfather to Dominick, Dakota and Daven. Remembered by his close friends Brian Woods, Liz McKnight, Michelle, Sarah (Beaner) and Shannon. Friends to many and mentor to many more, Tim was active as a member and leader of the Boy Scouts of Canada, Cobourg and Kingston areas. Tim was also a hockey and baseball coach. He touched hearts of many and will be missed dearly. Family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home "Kingston Chapel" on Friday, Sept 27 from 2-3 p.m. with Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
