Suddenly, we announce the passing of our beloved father and Papa on Tuesday, Mar. 22, 2016 at the Kingston General Hospital at the age of 62. Beloved husband and best friend ever of the late Helen Morey (nee Thurston). Loving father of Kevin (Leesa) of Westbrook, Amy (AJ) Poroznik of Amherstview. Always remembered by his adopted children Heather (Bryan) of Ottawa, Walter (Sarah) of Tamworth, Michael (Colleen) of Trenton and Nicole (Asa) of Kingston. Caring Papa of Makayla, Hannah, Connor, Austin, Eric, Alex, Zachary, Aaron, Hayden, Alanna, Ethan, Sean and Justin. Survived by siblings Leona (late Tim) Prior, Anita (Ray) Cumpson, Julie Morey, Gary (Gail), Richard (Debbie), Donald (late Liz), Gerald (late Carol) and Betty (late Dave) York. Predeceased by siblings Marie, Thomas, Ruby, Johnny, Donna, Morris, Norm and Baby Dale. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his ever loving parents Norman and Sarah. The family will receive friends at the WARTMAN FUNERAL HOME - "Kingston Chapel" on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Service in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy donations (by cheque or Credit Card) to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
