Von Hausen, Ingrid- At home with family beside her, following a lengthy struggle with cancer on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Hank for 58 years. Giving and generous mother of Gary, Cliff (Cathy), Ellen Tompkins (Mike), and Susan Derrick (Rob). Ingrid will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Nicholas, Christopher, Kurt, Melissa, Matthew, Jessica, Jennifer and Emma. As well as her great grandchildren Niki, Molly and Kaitlyn. She is survived by her dear sisters in Germany, Eva and Ulla and predeceased by her brother Erich. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home "Kingston Chapel" (980 Collins Bay Rd. at Taylor Kidd Blvd. 613-634-3722) on Monday, November 4 from 6-9 p.m. The Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the KRCC or St. Elizabeth Health Care Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
