Chiappetta; Francesco - (June 7, 1942 - January 13, 2013) After a lengthy illness at the Kingston General Hospital with his family by his side at the age of 71. Loving husband of Silvana (nee Cardarelli). Cherished father of Serafina (Steve) Chiappetta - Morgan, Creola (Jack) Coimbra and Cristina Chiappetta all of Kingston. Devoted nonno to Matteo, Luca and Gabriella. Brother of Marinella (Pietro), Mariano (Anna Rosa) and Giuseppe (Milady). Missed by his mother-in-law Dina Cardarelli and Zia Lina (Joe) and Zia Maria. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends in Italy. Predeceased by his parents Vincenzo and Serafina. Sadly missed by his friends Elvira and Frederico Crocco and numerous other friends in Kingston. Many thanks to the doctors and nurses in ICU and Connell 10. The Family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home “Kingston Chapel” (980 Collins Bay Rd at Taylor Kidd Blvd, 613-634-3722) on Wednesday January 16, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Mary's Cathedral on Thursday January 17, 2013 at 10 a.m. Rite of Committal and Prayers to follow at St Mary's Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations made by cheque to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be remembered with appreciation.
