Laporte; Darlene Jay - It is with great sadness, the family of Darlene announce her passing at home, with family by her side, in her 60th year. Daughter of Garnet and Cecile (dec) Vanluven . Cherished wife of Michel, loving mother of Francine (dec), Jennifer , Ryan (Christine). Much loved grandmother of Michael, LJ, Brittany, Matthew, Jack, Tamisha and Raeshaune. Sadly missed by her many friends, family and best friend Jean. The family will receive friends at the WARTMAN FUNERAL HOME "Kingston Chapel" (980 Collins Bay Rd at Taylor Kidd Blvd, Kingston ON, 613-634-3722) on Monday, July 16, 2012 from 11:30 - 3:30 p.m. Celebration of life at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations by cheque to the Lung Association will be remembered with appreciation by the family.
