Condolences

Condolence From: Paul Borneman
Condolence: I went to high school with Curtis in Parry Sound and spent time with at Western. We'd lost touch in recent years.
I just learned of his passing and wanted to pass on my condolences.
He a good man who'll be missed.

Condolence From: Joan Williams (Blanchard)
Condolence: In searching for Eunice's address on the internet, google...I was shocked and saddened to learn of Curtis' passing. Our families were neighbours in MacTier. I remember Curtis as being kind and thoughtful. How many teenagers would give their entire collection of Hardy Boy books to two little girls down the street?
Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Warm regards, Joani.

Condolence From: Jeff and Kathy Miller and family
Condolence: We met Curtis a few times as Ainsley and Eunice were next-door neighbours to us in Belleville, and the best neighbours we have ever had. We miss them so much and are profoundly saddened by this news. Prayers to the family for strength and healing.

Condolence From: Bryon McConnell
Condolence: It hit me in the chest when I learned of Curt's passing. For fourteen years at CFB Kingston we shared many experiences together, including many difficult and trying and circumstances, as we worked together to deliver the construction program. Curt served as one of my referees when I applied for my Professional Engineer licence. I was concerned about him over this past year while he was on sick leave, but even so I really did think I would see him again in his retirement, that we might chat about times past. It saddens me that I am unable to attend the ceremonies, as I am doing work in High River, Alberta at the moment.

Condolence From: Buddy Haegele
Condolence: Our thoughts are with you. Curtis and I worked on many projects over the years and I will never forget his calm ways of dealing with things. I have also seen him just the opposite full of energy during very exciting hockey games. A man of his word and a true gentleman. He will be sadly missed.
