Babcock; Alfred (Bucky) Ernest - Passed away suddenly and peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Monday, March 18, 2013 after a 12 year battle with heart failure. Beloved husband of Doreen (nee Kish). Cherished son of the late Frank and Naida (nee Adams). Loving father of Bonnie (Perry) Gummerson, Alfred (Karen), David (Brad), Jo-Ann (Kevin) Deano, Paul (Cathy) and Dale. Dear grandfather to; Angela, Melissa, Al, Kelly, Keith, Corey, Steffan, Brittney and Alexis. Caring great grandfather to; Sara, Hailey, Ashlee, Morgan, Nicole, Brett, Jazmin and Timothy. Predeceased by his brothers Franklin and Robert and sisters Jessie, Shirley and Eileen. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home “Kingston Chapel” (980 Collins Bay Rd at Taylor Kidd Blvd, 613-634-3722). on Wedneday, March 20 from 7-9 p.m. and again on Thursday, March 21 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Orange Lodge Service to take place on Thursday, March 21 at 6:30 p.m., all are welcome to join. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 22, 2013. Interment at Wilton Cemetery. Donations in memory of Bucky would be greatly appreciated to Kingston Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in honour of his great granddaughter Ashlee.
