Nancy and I were saddened to learn of the passing of Peter Coulson, brother Ex Cadet from College Militaire Royal du Canada. His classmates and those who knew him are grateful for having shared a bit of his life as a cadet, colleague and friend.

We arrived home from Alaska to a phone message that Peter had died.We were sorry we were not able to attend the services, but glad to have been able to spend some time with you in Arizona last winter.
Richard appeared before Peter many times as a lawyer and he always spoke highly of him.He was compassionate and fair and never got appealed.
He had such curiosity and sense of adventure! It's wonderful that you were able to share so many great trips and see so much of the world together. His sense of humor and story telling ability were well known and appreciated.
Thinking of you and the family during this time of sadness and loss.
We know he will be missed greatly by you all, his friends in both the legal field and the community at large that he served so faithfully.

It has been a long time since we saw you both, but I think it was in the sky en-route to Mexico. I worked with Peter during my career in the OPP, while stationed in Belleville. He definitely was a man I respected and felt he always showed compassion and concern, as well as respect while on the bench. I was a court stenographer in his court for many years and can vividly remember his compassion, sense of humor and choice of wording when delivering a verdict.
