Condolence From: Darren Malcolm
Condolence: It's November 13th, 2022, and I just now found out about Frank's passing after searching for him online to see if he was still cutting hair in 2022. I moved away from Napanee in 2010 to live in Oshawa, and so I haven't seen Frank since I left. I have such fond memories of Frank. He was so kind and talkative and funny. Almost every visit when I went to get my hair cut, he would turn the clippers around the other way and run it up the back of my head as a prank as though he cut off a huge strip of my hair. It never got old, and it made me chuckle every time. Of course he too would laugh. He had built such a strong friendship with his customers, especially his regulars. Frank is the only person who cut my hair the way I liked it. Other barbers couldn't do it for some reason, but Frank always knew how I liked it. I'm really saddened to hear about his passing, but I'm so grateful that I have such fond memories of him that will stay with me forever. God willing, I hope I will being seeing Frank again in Heaven. RIP my friend.
