Condolence: To Family and Friends:
Please know that we send our condolence and sympathy on the passing of Joy Johnston. Joy was Vic's Grade One Sunday School teacher some 70 years ago. Whenever we came up from Kentucky to Toronto to visit our families we would always attend a worship service at the Milliken Wesleyan Church. Who would inevitably meet us at the front door? It would be Joy and Evelyn Johnston with Joy always the first. And a handshake was never enough. There had to be a hug. With the "promotion to glory" of Joy, earth is now poorer, but heaven is richer. We are grateful to God that the shadow of Joy Johnston ever passed over our lives.
