Condolence: It was a shock to me; to all of us. When I started at Bombardier, I worked with and near Bill those many years ago. I think we all knew he was destined for great things and to make his mark here. While his work was not complete, he certainly has left his mark and an indelible impression on all those with whom he worked. He is, and will continue to be, greatly missed.
