Mr Balfour will always have a special place in my heart. He was a very good man , nice father in law to me, and grandad to my son Joe . Joe was named after his middle name . I am sorry I can not be there for the funeral. I do send my best wishes for alll the family. Joe also sends his best wishes and regrets . Joe remebers his summer holiday spending time with Henry , when he was young. Vancouver Island was just to far to see him as often as we would have liked to. Patsy
