Govindan; Manjapra Variath - Passed away suddenly at the L&A County General Hospital in Napanee on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at age 70. Beloved husband and best friend of Nalini Warriar and loving father of Rukmini Govindan (Francois Bernatchez) and Ranjit Govindan. Cherished grandfather of Maya & Ariane Govindan-Bernatchez and brother of M.V. Bhaskaran and M.V. Achuthan. A spiritual gathering will be held at the Wartman Funeral Home "Napanee Chapel" on Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 10 - 11 a.m. In his memory, donations to the L&A Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
