Peacefully at St. Mary's Of The Lake Hospital, Kingston on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Yvonne (nee Van Pelt) of Kingston. Loving father of David (Laura) of Kingston, Bill (Janet) of Brockville, Jim of Kingston and Debbie of Kingston. Dear Opa of Jacob, Nicholas, Adrianna, Jonathan, Andrew and Jessica. The family would like to Thank Dr. Tomiak, Dr. Ashworth, the nurses on Kidd 4 and St. Mary's Hospital. The family will receive friends at the WARTMAN FUNERAL HOME, "Kingston Chapel" on Sunday March 5, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow service. Interment Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations by cheque or credit card to UHKF Cancer Centre the would be appreciated by the family.
