He is survived by his daughter Elsbeth and grandsons Liam and Sam, son Ian (Shannon) and grandsons Auryn and Jace, son Ethan and the mother of his children Terry. Bill is predeceased by his parents William E. and Patricia Matthews as well as brothers Perry, Darryl and Sean. Aquamation has taken place.
