Graham; William "Claude" - Peacefully at the John M Parrott Centre, Napanee on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in his 91st year. Survived by his cherished wife of 68 years, Ethel (nee Dixon). Loving father of Ruby and Lorraine of Napanee. Devoted son of the late Arthur and Mary Graham, step son of Isabel Graham. Dear brother of Carman (late Murial). Predeceased by his sister Vera Collings (George), and infant brother. Claude is fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews and extended family.
