Wight; Wendy Joy (Waddingham) It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Wendy, age 61 years surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 8, 2017, due to a rare cancer. Beloved wife and soulmate of Shaun Wight, Kingston of 34 years. Cherished mother of Ryan Wight (Kira), Stoney Creek and Brittany Wight, Kingston. Loving daughter of Joy and the late Reginald Waddingham, London. Dear sister of Shari Parker (Brian), London, Timothy Waddingham, London, and sister-in-law Erin Wight, Kingston. Special aunt of Jason Wight, Jenna Parker, and Devon Parker. Wendy was a retired French Teacher. She was an avid gardener and loved to travel with her husband and friends. She was a great chef and really enjoyed cooking and entertaining family and friends in her home. Funeral Service will be held at the Wartman Funeral Home - Kingston Chapel on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Friends desiring may contribute by cheque or credit card to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation - Cancer Centre (UHKF).
