Peacefully with family by her side at Helen Henderson Care Centre on Monday, December 5, 2022. Virginia passed away one day shy of her 81st birthday. Predeceased by her husband Gary. Loving mother of Trudy McGinn (the late Larry), Ken Brownell (Marilyn), Stuart Brownell, and Tracey Kinnear. She will be missed by many grandchildren; Bill (Lindsay), Terry, Tricia (Andy), Kevin (Ashley), Lisa, Brandon, Corey, Matthew (Keri), Stephanie, and Ashley,and many great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother Victor Merkley. Virginia will also be missed by her brother and sister in-laws, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Helen Henderson Care Centre for all the care and compassion they have showed Virginia over the past four years.
