Snaigė Talvi Ann Zahn (nee Jogi) - Born August 16th 1986 passed away peacefully in the morning hours of October 18th 2019 at Providence Care Hospital with her beloved husband Nate and soul mate Milan at her sides.

She is survived by her loving husband Nate Zahn and beautiful daughter Zoë Zahn. She will be missed by her sister, Sirje Jogi, brother, Valev Jogi and her parents Brigita and Martin Jogi. Touching the souls of everyone she met Snaigs left a clan of loved ones behind, too large to name them all.

After a most courageous battle with colorectal cancer, her suffering is over. Her radiant presence on earth will be greatly missed. We must give thanks for all she taught us and find solace knowing her light shines on forever from above.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made by cheque at TD Bank to Zoë’s Camp Fund account. It was Snaigė’s wish for her legacy that this fund be created to allow her daughter Zoë, to attend summer camp every year.
