Forrest; Rosina Hannah "Jean" (nee Thompson) - The family of Rosina (Jean) Forrest are sad to announce that on February 12, 2018, in her 87th year, our very much loved Mum/Nanny passed away. It was our privilege to call her Mum, Nanny and great grandmother. We will miss her very much but are thankful for her life and what she meant to us and so many others. Mum was predeceased by her husband Andy. She is survived by her son Keith (Margaret Anne), grandchildren Brandon (Jaclyn), Alison, Lindsay (Chris) and great granddaughter Laighton. She will also be missed by Connie (Doug) and by true friend Tracy Irwin (Bill and sons Ryan and Blair). Missed from afar by Goddaughter and Niece Valerie (Baz) in Cyprus and a few friends and family still in England. She was born in England on February 20, 1930 where she married the love of her life Andrew Forrest and emigrated to Canada in 1950. Aquamation has already taken place. There will be no visitation. A private family interment at a later date. The family would like to express gratitude to Rosewood in her early stages of retirement care and to Trillium Ridge for their care in the final years.
