Baldwin; Norma Catherine Elizabeth (nee MacTaggart) - Passed away at the L&A County Hospital on Friday, August 30, 2019 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her beloved husband Robert Baldwin and her cherished daughter Deborah Fenton. Dear mother-in-law of Keith Fenton of Kingston and sister of Barb Parks (Wally) of Amherstview and the late Verna Harrison (Grant) of Belleville. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019 from 6-8 pm and again from 1-2 pm. on Friday, August 13, 2019.
