I first met Norma at church four years ago and instantly fell in love with her love of life. She was a flower that pollinated our church with faith, warmth, and genuine kindness. I will miss her laugh and smiling face.

We knew Norma very well. Ed worked with her both at NDSS and at the school board office.
She was a wonderful person and a very valuable and reliable coworker.
Everyone who knew Norma Baldwin will miss her immensely.😢

Sincere condolences to dear Norma's family. She was like a second mother to me for many years when we worked together at the school board office, and my daughters enjoyed visiting her on Hallowe'en nights. Norma was a firecracker, a fun lover ... and that lived on into her years at the Riverine, where she became my Aunt Maud's sidekick. I'm happy for her to be reunited with her beloved Bob and Debbie.

So very sorry to hear of Norma's passing. She was a great friend to our Mom (Maud Horwood) and played a key role in making Mom's transition into the Riverine a very pleasant and enjoyable one. They shared many laughs and fun times. Our sincere condolences to her family.
