Paquin; Norah Mary (nee Scott) - Passed away peacefully at St. Patrick's Home in Ottawa on Monday, October 28, 2019 at the age of 95. Norah is predeceased by her first husband Roger Lafrance and her second husband Louis "Pat" Paquin. Dear mother to daughters Terri Lafrance of Ottawa and the late Patricia Allen. Grandmother of Shannon Lafrance and Nathasha Allen and beloved great-grandmother of Jamie Lafrance. Dear sister of Ester Kenny of Moston, England and missed by several nieces, nephews and other extended family in England. Very dear friends of Betty Bell for over 70 years. Norah will be missed by her many friends in Napanee and Ottawa that she has made over the years. The family will welcome guests to Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. Catholic Mass at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church (179 West Street, Napanee, Ontario) on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 10:30 am. Interment at Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa.
