Obituary for Michelle Dawn Sams (Code)

Sams; Michelle (nee Code) - In her 35th year, she left us peacefully and with dignity after a courageous fight with cancer, on June 3rd, 2012 at St Mary's of the Lake Hospital with her family by her side. Her husband Paul and their loving children Josh and Mytchell and stepson Justin survive her. Beloved daughter to Mary Wamboldt (Dave) of Camden East and Douglas Code (Lynn) of North Gower. Her devoted brother Graham Code (Maureen) of Kingston, her uncle Robert (Colleen) Perry of Seeley's Bay, her grandfather Keith Perry of Seeley's Bay, grandmother Inez Code of Kingston, father-in-law Raymond all left to mourn. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and in-laws will sadly miss her. Predeceased by her grandmother Anne Perry and grandfather George Code and mother-in-law Mary Sams. Michelle enjoyed her job working as a nutritious assistant at KGH and those she worked with. Michelle enjoyed having a good laugh and had a great sense of humour. She enjoyed spending time at the lake with her boys and her family and the special times she spent with her mom. The family would like to thank the staff at St Mary's of the Lake Palliative Care for the exceptional care and compassion they gave to Michelle.
