Retired teacher, traveler, long time Kingston resident and member of BPWC and Sydenham St, Church. Beloved mother of Eric (Lynda) and Mavis Palmer (Sylvain Bouffard) both of Kingston. Affectionately known as Bram, she will be sadly missed by her 6 grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Evan, Joshua, Madeleine, and Griffin. Beloved sister of Doris Lasher and family. A Celebration of Life will be held at Wartman Funeral Home, Collin Bay Rd, Kingston on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 2 - 4 pm with words to be said at 3 pm. Mother loved bright clothing, hats, shoes and things that matched, please drop in and share your memories with us. A life well lived! Always the teacher, mother decided to donate her body to the University of Ottawa, School of Medicine, so that young doctors can learn all about Dementia. The family is forever grateful to all the caring and professional staff at Trillium Ridge. A graveside service will be held at the family plot in Morven at a later date.
