My sincere condolences are send to you Randy, Ben, Brandon, and Jordon. I was deeply saddened and shocked to read of Laurie's passing in our local paper. What a special family I remember from our Thomas Gillbard days! Laurie was always supportive to the staff and students of the school, especially her three boys. Remembering your family in my thoughts and prayers. Marilyn Gibson

My heartfelt condolences to Randy, Ben, Brandon and Jordan. Laurie’s passing has touched me deeply. Reading the announcement in the local paper brought tears and many happy memories... the strong and loving parent who supported her cherished boys, the loving and dedicated wife to you Randy, the wonderful friend to everyone who knew her.I remember the support she showed her boys during school years... remember bringing your class Ben, home to harvest the backyard garden... we dug up lots of potatoes, helping in the classroom and school council, and always available to supervise school trips. The excitement of having grandchildren and visits to Edmonton was obvious when last we met.... happy that all her boys were leading good lives. Her infectious smile will remain in my memory always. Rest In Peace dear Laurie knowing you were loved by many, Kathy Matthews
