I wake up each morning and have to break our routine, calling you on my drive to work everyday, stopping at your place after work everyday. Our morning discussions of how you get to do whatever you want each day and myself jealous of your retirement. You would always remind me to not wish my life or time away. The thought of never seeing or talking to you again breaks my heart. My kids uncle Kevo, you were a constant in our household. You weren't just my best friend you were Mark and boys extended family, never left out of our family gatherings.
Kevin you fought a fight and hated the thought of dying, you always made sure I knew how important I was to you, so please rest easy I know and never doubted it. I am going to miss your old stories you shared with me, a day never went by that I didn't learn something new about you. The last 12 years have meant so much to me as I know it did you as well. So happy I got to meet you and you become a part of me and my families life. Kevin there is a huge void in my life now, no shoes will ever fill. We never fought, and I will go on with no regrets. Friendship like ours is rare, I will be forever grateful I had the opportunity to share it with you. I'd like to say our trip out West recently will be my most cherished memory of you but actually I have to believe it was meeting you on that November day of 2008 on C4 when you brought me the supplies I need to do my job. That day changed my life forever.
You will be forever missed and never forgotten by me, you had such an impact on my life. I already miss you buddy....
