Bev, Noreen, Norman and Christine and Families.
Tricia let me know about Ken's passing. My sincere condolences to all of Ken's family.
I have many, many fond memories of working with Ken on shift in Kingston with the O.P.P. marine patrol and ski doo's. Great memories of Ken driving on the night shift's with that stub of a cigar stuck between his teeth. I don't know where he got those cigars but I never saw him with a full one, always just a stub. Many great conversations ,meals and B.B.Q's and those annual ball tournament's and Ken's extended family from Bancroft. Ken and I coached hockey for many years together spending many hours traveling to hockey arenas all over eastern Ontario.
Bev, we lost a great friend in Ken, a good man and good police officer one who was respected by all. We have our memories and they will live on in us.
My sincere thoughts and prays are with all the Blackburn family.

Mrs Blackburn, Norm, Noreen, Christina, we are so sorry for your loss. Growing up, I spent more time at your place than home, and always felt welcomed there ! Playing pool, pool parties, motorcycle rides, fishing at the retirement home, Mr and Mrs B always opened their home and treated us like family, Thank You so much for that. Garnet & Sharni Wilkes

We are so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. There are far too many great memories with him and his family which we will always cherish. Baseball games, swimming parties, dancing etc This family is so wonderful and special as they supported each other, played together, and were serious at times as we all are when things went astray. Respect and love them very much. Ken will be greatly missed. Love Carol and John Fuller.
