Passed away at the John M. Parrott Centre on December 29, 2020. He leaves behind his wife of 45 years Anne. He is survived by his children Larry Ridley ( Ruth), Charlene Ridley (Linda Piche), Stephen Ridley, Kimberly Ridley ( Darrin Shanks), and predeceased by daughter Denise Ridley ( surviving Lynda Micallef ). Grandfather of Shane, Christopher, Jeremy, Lindsay, Carly, and Ryan. Great grandfather to many. Brother to Marion Benneyworth ( George), William Haynes ( Mona), Jack Haynes ( Wendy), Betty Denisi ( John), Christina Milley ( Ernie), Doug Haynes ( Janet), and Heather Hamilton (Paul). Uncle to many nieces and nephews. John will be dearly missed by colleagues and friends that he has met over the years. The family would like to thank all the staff at the John M. Parrott Centre for their continued care and excellent service. A Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. If desired donations in John's memory may be made to the Alzheimers Society.
