ROTS, Henry Johannes Henricus – Died peacefully following a brief illness at Trillium Retirement Centre Kingston. Reunited in Heaven with his wife Helen (Helena Agatha Splinter). Born in Vragender, Gelderland Netherlands. Son of Joannis Anton Rots and Anne Mariae Ubbink. Survived by sisters Riek (late Piet), Dinny (late Sjef), and Annie (late Martin). Predeceased by sisters Marie (William), Agnes (Piet), and brothers Frans and Bernard. Loving father of Joan Simpson (Robert Dennis), Ricky (Eileen Bachmer), John (Betty Lynn), Maria Rots, Elaine Kowalski (Gordon), Lisa Montenagro, David (Patricia), Chris (Lisa). He will live on in the hearts of his 18 grandchildren & many great grandchildren. Fondly remembered his extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the WARTMAN FUNERAL HOME - Kingston on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 6-8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11am at St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church, (to attend the mass please register online under Henry's death notice by using the blue RSVP button or by calling the funeral home). Rite of Committal with prayers will take place in Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario (U.H.K.F.) or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
