Vander Veer; Ingrid G. (nee Jansen) - Ingrid Vander Veer age 72 years, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital, Napanee on Saturday, January 26, 2019 to be with her Lord and Saviour. Ingrid will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Rex of 53 years. Loving mother of Jeff Vander Veer (Sue) of Napanee, Kim Parkinson (Daryl) of Kingston, Jennifer Morris (Glenn) of Yarker and Eric Vander Veer (Lorena) of Roblin. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Jeffrey, Jared, Kris, Serena, Sara, Lindsay, Alex, Jada and William. Beloved sister-in-law to Karla Jansen of Trenton and Willie Jansen of Belleville. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents Sjerp and Geertje Jansen, and brothers Keimpe and Jelle Jansen. Ingrid was generous, kind and had such a big heart. She adopted so many into her family without a second thought. She will be missed not only by her family in Canada but those in the Netherlands and the United States. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm and on Wednesday, January 30, at First Christian Reformed Church (310 Kingscourt Avenue, Kingston) from 10:00 - 11:00 am followed by the Funeral Service at 11: 00 am. Interment to follow in Cataraqui Cemetery.
