Passed away peacefully at her home in Bath after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. Loving wife of Bert and mother of Jason (Megan). Dear daughter of Jacqueline (late Seldon) Hughes. Also remembered by her siblings Carol Hughes, Elizabeth (Mike) Hurley, John (Cheryl) Hughes and Bob (Barb) Hughes. As a child, Heidi enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and loved ones at Shabomeka and Malcolm Lakes. Visitation will be held at the Wartman Funeral Home, Napanee Chapel on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from 10am - 11am. A Celebration of Life Service will commence at 11 am, with a reception to follow in the funeral home. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations by cheque or credit card to the L&A County General Hospital Volunteer Program or UHKF - Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
