Morgan; G. E. Joel - Passed away unexpectedly at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the age of 81. Beloved father to Joel Morgan of Kingston, Jo-Anne Doran of Napanee and John Morgan (Erin) of Kingston. Cherished poppy to Daniel (Amanda) Desrosiers, Joshua Morgan, Nicole Morgan and Jack Morgan and great-grandfather to Victoria Desrosiers. Joel will be missed by his many siblings.
