Shields, Frank Victor - In Kingston on Friday August 12, 2016. Father of George and Donald and their families, and the late Frank Jr. Husband of Dale. Predeceased by his siblings Clarence, Garfield, John and Lorne. Frank will be missed by Steve Overvelde and his family.
