Shields, Frank Victor - In Kingston on Friday August 12, 2016. Father of George and Donald and their families, and the late Frank Jr. Husband of Dale. Predeceased by his siblings Clarence, Garfield, John and Lorne. Frank will be missed by Steve Overvelde and his family. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home, "Kingston Chapel" on Friday August 19, 2016 from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations by cheque or credit card to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
