Family was everything to Frances. Wife to the late William Nelson Pennell and sister to the late Mary, Vera, Constance and George. Sister-in-law of Beverly Finn (Gerald) and the late Myrtle Rogers.

Steadfast mother to Gloria Jeppesen (Eric), late Norma Nugent, Anita Pennell, Bill Pennell (Susan), Joseph Pennell, Coralee Babcock (Tim), and Tania Millard (late Russell).

Ever loving Grandmother (Nan) to Naomi (Paul), late Marcus (Kristi), Matthew (Lorri), Brittany (AJ), Amanda (Jason), Tyler (Kelsey), Trevor (Sarah), Ryan (Jacqueline), Will (Nicole), Jordan (Josianne), Devan (Rorey), Mitchel (Komal), Nathan and Tyson (Jessie).

Great-Grandmother to Rebecca, Brianna, Douglas, Lucas, Abigail, Miller, Sydney, Charlie, Liam, Finley, Isabelle, Dominic, Alexa, Sophia, Raphael, William (IV), Cayden, Madison, Logan, Cohen, Keeley, Camden, Avery and Emery.

Life-long and constant friend to Mary Ellen.

Frances created a mighty family dynasty but there was always room in her heart for more. She was a special Mother to: Frannie (Paul), late Debbie, Santina (Bob), Colette (Dave), Richard (Tracy), Tammy (Terry), Annmarie (John), Duane (Sandra), Marianne (Larry) and so many more. So many had a special place in her very loving and enormous heart.

Family is about the people in your life who want you to be in theirs. If you are reminiscing about the best pies ever, home cooked food at the farm, stepping stones, personalized pillows, cloth carrying bags or colourful scarves that came to you from Frances’ hand, then you too are her family.

Frances' last words and wishes, were that of love. She requested those she had loved go out into the world and spread love; this is a reflection of her lifetime of dedication and love to her family.
