Morgan, Elizabeth Rhonda Ann - Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the age of 29. Elizabeth will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Chris Barkley. Loving mother of Colten Christopher Michael Barkley and step mother of Kira Hope Renee Barkley and Leah Grace Barkley. Cherished daughter of Reg and Ruby Morgan of Cobourg and daughter-in-law of Elaine Andress (Steven Tanner) of Deseronto and Stephen Barkley of Kingston. Beloved sister of Elicia Owens (Jeremy) of Belleville and sister-in-law of Jason Barkley (Cass) of Napanee, Patrick Barkley (Amanda) of Newburgh and Jordan Barkley of Napanee. Loving granddaughter of Iva Browne of Trenton. Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and her many friends and other relatives.
