Wood; Edna Madoline (nee Peterson) - Passed away peacefully in her 92nd year at Village Green, Selby on Monday, February 4, 2019. Predeceased by her cherished husband Samuel Wood. Loving mother to John Galt (Barbara), Bill Galt (Patsy), Wayne Wood (Janice), Nadene Cressman (Tim), Norman Wood (Sonya) and Esther Beatty (Charles). Sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Orveil and Grace Peterson and siblings Evelina Hartin, Iva Hurley (Gerald) and Robert Galt (Ann). Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and other extended family. Thank you to Village Green for all the care given to Edna over the past 3 years, she was well taken care of. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 1: 00 pm.
