Fitzgerald; Dwayne John Patrick - It is with heavy hearts that Dwayne passed away at home as a result of pneumonia on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the age of 44. Dwayne will be forever missed by his devoted wife Carly (nee Taylor) of 16 years. He will be sadly missed by his children Kodey, Patrick and Samantha. Cherished grandfather of Quinton.
