Passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, November 14, 2022 at Hotel Dieu Hospital. Loving husband and best friend of Cindy, father of Stephanie (Stephen MacGregor) and Shelby (Austin Baker), soon to be grandfather of baby MacGregor. Dear son of Douglas and Karen Walker, brother of Sherry, Charlene, and Cathy. Doug will be missed by many extended family members, friends, employees, and clients he has made throughout the years.
The family would like to thank the staff on Johnson 3 of Hotel Dieu for all the great care and support they have shown Doug. Also a huge thank you to our friends Mike and Christine Monk.
Aquamation has taken place, arrangements entrusted in Wartman Funeral Home, Kingston. A Celebration of Life is being held at the Napanee Lions Club on Saturday December 3, 2022 at 4:00pm.
