Gavlas; Mrs Douglas "Leslie" (nee Shaver) - Passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her husband Edward Henry Gavlas. Loving mother of George (Ida), Sally Anne (Ron) Fingas, John (Petry), and Shirley (Pierre Martin) Gavlas. Sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Marvin (Bev) Shaver. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and Island friends. The family invites you to visit with them on Friday, December 13, 2019 at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church from 12:30 - 1:30 and a Service to Celebrate Leslie's life will commence at 1:30 pm.
