Obituary for Brenda Mary Sheehan
SHEEHAN, Brenda Mary
With great sadness we share the news that Brenda passed away on Friday February 18, 2022. Brenda was much loved by her husband of 66 years, Larry Sheehan, and loving mother to her son, Chris (Suzanne Gordon) of Toronto and daughter, Kelly (Doug Ferguson and son Kyle) of Oakville. Brenda was a very special Nana to her grandchildren, Michael and Sarah Sheehan (Toronto), who loved their visits with her, her sense of humour and kindness to them.
Brenda was predeceased by her parents, Norman and Margaret (Robson) Brown of Montreal, and siblings Norman (Bunny), Joan (Ernie McConomy), Shirley (John Gratton) and Barry (Marilyn).
In 1978, Brenda and Larry moved from Rosemere, Quebec to Oakville, Ontario where Brenda enjoyed her career as an Executive Assistant to a busy Senior Tax Accountant at Ernst and Young. Upon retirement, she moved to Bath, Ontario where she and Larry lived very happily, enjoying the community, friendly neighbours and friends.
Brenda, you are deeply loved and missed: May the road rise up to meet you….and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
A Funeral service will be held at Wartman Funeral Home, 448 Camden Rd, Napanee, Ontario on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11a.m. with reception to follow.
