MURISON, Anneke (Anne) Petronella (aged 78 years)
It is with great sadness that we announce Anne's sudden passing at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Friday, November 25, 2022. She is survived by her beloved husband Robert "Doug". Remembered and loved by her daughter Patricia (Joseph MacKeen), sons Christopher (Arlett), and Andrew (Jane Obrecht), grandchildren Kennedy, Meritt, Olivia, Jayden, Tylan, Emma-Jane, and Knox. Dear sister of Trudy Wenner (Don), Mia Cairns (Eric), Dick Bruin (Karen Turrall), Adrie Bruin (Sue), Fran Ford (Don), Martin Bruin (Stephanie), and Donnie Bruin (Sonja). She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends she has made throughout the years.
Anne was a resident of Napanee for 42 years, and worked at CIBC, Metro and was the owner of a bulk food store. She was a member of the Napanee Quilters Guild, and had a fondness for baking, drinking coffee and walking daily - interacting with friends (often at Springside Park). Her family and friends were at the centre of everything that she did, always putting others needs ahead of her own. Anne is remembered for her beautiful smile and her warm hugs.
The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home, Napanee on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A memorial service to be held in the chapel on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11am with burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
