Palmer Grace Irene (Leck)
Feb. 9, 1938 – Feb. 29, 2020
On Saturday following a 5 year struggle with myelofibrosis and other complications Grace, only daughter of the late Norman and Margaret (Gould) Leck of Shubenacadie, N.S. passed away at home on Nicholson’s Point.
Grace was preceded by twin sons, her brothers Glen and Vern and a nephew Robert Leck all of Nova Scotia as well as other members of her family in Canada and the USA.
Grace is survived by her husband of 56 years, you will never know how much I loved you, Capt. John H. (retired Air Canada) Proud mother of Laurette of Beeton, ON, Sergeant Andrew, his wife Darra, adored number one grandson William, number one granddaughter Aylen all of Petawawa, ON (Remember guys Nana loves you to the Moon and back and then some.) Her Brother Ralph of Halifax, NS along with other family members in Canada and the USA
Grace and her family are very grateful for the outstanding care and support received from the various teams involved in her treatment both at KGH and Hotel Dieu.
A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday March 7, 2020 at 11 am at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 3 Manitou Crescent W., Amherstview, Ontario.
