Peacefully at Friendly Manor Nursing Home, Deseronto on Thursday, March 9, 2017 in his 81st year. Predeceased by his loving wife Gail (nee Wood) of 45 years. Beloved brother-in-law of Rose Wood of Kingston. Cherished father of Dale & Susan, Napanee; Jamie & Deb, St. Thomas; Richard, Chris, Lori & Mike Cota and Mike & Cheryl all of Napanee. Beloved grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 2. Ralph will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and many other relatives.
