Walker; Marjorie Eleanor (nee Dowdle) - peacefully at the L&A County General Hospital, Napanee with her family at her side on Thursday, June 12, 2014 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur R. Walker. Loving mother of Albert, Ottawa; Carl (Karen), Selby; Jack, Napanee; Eleanor Switzer (Robert), Halifax and Joyce Johnson (Richard), Napanee. Cherished grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings: Alice Storring, Walter, Harvey, Robert, John A., Jim, Mary Graham, Alex, Archie, Laura Partington, and Albert. Fondly remembered by her many nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home "Napanee Chapel" on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 from 1 - 2:15 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Interment Camden V Cemetery. Donations by cheque to the L&A Hospital Foundation or The John M Parrott Centre will be remembered with appreciation by the family.
