Hart, Noah Lincoln – Suddenly on Saturday, December 29th, 2018 our precious baby boy earned his angel wings. Noah, cherished son of Nicole Smith and Jordan Hart (Megan Cornelius) and little brother of Bentley, Mason, Benjamin and Callie. Beloved grandson of Stan Smith (Angel Kadhum), Nancy Smith, Scott Hill, Marsha Hart (Paul Da Silva), Sonya and Scott Kelso and Cory Cornelius (Nicole Abrams). Noah will always be remembered by his great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, other extended family and some very special friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at Wartman Funeral Home - Kingston Chapel on Monday, January 7, 2018 from 1 - 3 pm. Interment to follow at Deseronto Cemetery.
