Beloved wife of the late Albert Milligan and loving mother of Carol Hamel (Al) of Camden East and Wayne Milligan (Erin) of Napanee. Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Alana), Alex (Mary-Anne), Mark (Ellen), Jennifer (Shawn), Anna (Aaron), David (Keasha) and Zachary and great grandmother of Aidan, Rhys, Claire, Grace, Henry. Chloe, Wesley, Claire, Abby and Jack. Predeceased by her sister Ruth Frizzell. A Private Family Service will be held. Interment Newburgh Cemetery.
